You can give credits to customers in two ways:

Transfer Credit	When you Sign In to mig33, you can use the Transfer Credit function. You need to know your customer’s username and the amount of credit. You can use this option for any mig33 user. You must use this option to add credit for customers who use only the mig33 SMS Callback service, as they cannot redeem vouchers.
Vouchers	Vouchers do not require you to know a customer’s username. Vouchers are created by you, the merchant. Each voucher is a serial number code tied to a credit amount. You just give a customer the serial number code. To create a voucher, use the Voucher Management Tool and select Create Voucher.

As soon as you create a voucher online, they are available for immediate use by your customers. All you need is sufficient credit in your account.

Login and go to Voucher Management to create your vouchers. Select how much value should be on each voucher. Select how many vouchers you want. Then select Create.

Once created, just give your customers the unique voucher numbers and ask them to login to their account, visit My Account, and select Recharge to Redeem a Voucher.

Quick Create lets you create a customer account quickly and easily. Some users do not have mig33 compatible phones but still want to use the mig33 SMS Callback service for cheap phone calls. All you need to do is create a mig33 username and enter in the customer’s mobile number in international format. The customer will receive an SMS with their password and instructions on how to use SMS Call Back.

You will need to register as a merchant and send money to mig33 first. Please go to the Merchant Center for instructions to transfer money to mig33. Once the funds have been received, we will promote you on our service.

You will need to send us the following details to merchant@mig33.com. Be sure to note that you are requesting us to start advertising you in the subject line of the email:

1. How will customers contact you? You can choose email address or phone number or both.
2. What is your contact name? You may use your mig33 username, a business name or your full name.
3. Which city are you in? This is to help match customers in the same location to buy from you.

Once you send these details we will list you as a merchant in your country advertising in the mig33 client and on the site, a significant benefit to your business.

If we dont get any response from that user we will change the username and contact the user via his/her registered forum e-mail. This rule is also for mig33 team names. Your username must not be too similar to other users, mig33 administrators or mig33 team. Users with advertisement in their usernames, such as mysitenameblablabla.com can be be deleted without any warning.

POST TITLES: For quick responses to your queries, please name the topic of your post properly. "HELLLPPPP MEEEE", "S.O.S." or "IN TROUBLE" just doesn't get the right attention. In fact in most cases it prevents people from even viewing the thread.

SPELLING: Please try to get your spellings right. Don't use slang, this is a forum - not a chat room. Many people use search engines to search for information. If you do type wrong spelling they will not be able to find your post.

Complaints against a room owner is not allowed, send an e-mail to mig33 staff if you have problems with a room owner.

BANNING AND WARNINGS:
When a user gets some warnings (due to breaking forum rules), his/her account may be temporarily suspended. For one day, one week, it depends on the reasons of the banning. When a user is temporarily banned this way, some people think they can come back before the end of the penalty with another account, moreover claiming loud their identity. This is clearly a provocation and requires immediate action, as all moderators and admins agreed. So, the secondary accounts created/used by the same user during the time of his temporary ban will be immediately deleted, and the user doing that takes the risk of his/her IP and first user name being banned forever.

AVATAR AND SIGNATURE:

You are allowed to have more then one signature image, but the total height for all images and text summed together cannot be more then 120 pixels. We have this limitations to make our website load faster, and thus making a better experience for our visitors.
